Code of Conduct

Our commitment

TerraGuide is built on trust. Every guide and traveler on our platform commits to treating others with dignity, honesty, and care. Violations of this Code may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

For all users

• Be honest — provide accurate information about yourself, your plans, and your capabilities. • Be respectful — treat every person you interact with through TerraGuide with courtesy and professionalism. • Be safe — prioritize safety in every decision. Never pressure another user into anything that makes them uncomfortable. • No discrimination — TerraGuide does not tolerate discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. • No harassment — zero tolerance for threats, unwanted contact, or sexual harassment of any kind.

For guides

• Arrive on time and prepared for every booking. • Honor your advertised services, price, and vehicle capacity. • Keep your guide profile, documents, and insurance up to date. • Never collect additional fees outside the TerraGuide platform. • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with travelers at all times. • Immediately report any safety incidents to TerraGuide support.

For travelers

• Treat your guide's time and expertise with respect. • Follow all safety instructions provided by your guide. • Arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. • Never ask a guide to break laws, enter restricted areas, or act unsafely. • Leave honest, constructive reviews that reflect your actual experience.

Reporting violations

Report any Code of Conduct violation through the in-app safety menu or by emailing safety@terraguide.app. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You will not face retaliation for good-faith reports.
