How do I find and book a guide?
Browse guides on the Explore page, click a guide you like, choose your vehicle, trip details, and any add-ons, then click Book now. You'll need to sign in before payment.
What is the Meeting PIN?
After booking, you and your guide both receive the same 4-digit PIN. Verify it matches at the start of your trip β if it doesn't, do not get in the vehicle and contact our safety line immediately.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Cancellations and rescheduling are handled by our support team. Email support@terraguide.app with your booking details as early as possible.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely β TerraGuide never stores your card details.
How are guides vetted?
Every guide on TerraGuide passes a criminal background check, government ID verification, driver's license check, vehicle inspection, and first aid certification review. See our Safety page for details.
What is LiveSafe GPS?
LiveSafe GPS shares your real-time location with an emergency contact throughout your trip. It's available in the TerraGuide mobile app.
