Customize your trip
Choose your date, start time, tour length, and guest count. Add optional venue entries (museums, tastings, etc.) with transparent per-person pricing.
Book securely
Pay by card through Stripe — the same secure system used by millions of businesses worldwide. A transparent 5% platform fee is added to your guide's rate. No hidden costs.
Meet with the PIN
You and your guide both see the same 4-digit Meeting PIN in the app. Verify it matches at the start of your trip — it's your proof you're meeting the right guide.
Explore like a local
Your guide shows you the real city — local haunts, hidden history, the best food spots. LiveSafe GPS runs in the background so a trusted contact can follow along.
Leave a review
After your trip, rate your guide and share what made it special. Your honest review helps other travelers and keeps our guide community strong.
Every guide is verified
Before any guide appears on TerraGuide, they pass our full verification process. You can see a guide's verification badges on their profile before you book.

Quick questions
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your trip get a full refund (minus Stripe's processing fee). Contact support@terraguide.app as early as possible.
What if my guide doesn't show up?
If a guide cancels within 24 hours, you receive a full refund plus a priority rebooking voucher. No-show guides face account suspension.
Is TerraGuide available outside the US?
Right now TerraGuide operates in US cities only. International expansion is on our roadmap — sign up for updates.
Do I need the app for LiveSafe GPS?
LiveSafe GPS runs in the TerraGuide web app on your mobile browser — no separate app download required.
